    The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page eight, section three, line twenty-three, by striking out the word “Twenty-five” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Thirty”;

    And,

    On page eight, section three, line twenty-six, by striking out the word "Ten" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "Five".
